OUR DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
We OWN the process from helping discover your ideas to designing and testing, to low volume production and eventually to full rate production. Through our specially designed Product Development and Stage Gate process, we ensure quality through the finish line.

PRODUCT CONCEPTUALIZATION
Through discussion with the customer to product research, our team identifies product market fit, and determines the feasibility of development. Revtec identifies and explores several variations of concept with the customer and establishes a plan to begin design and development.

ENGINEERING & DESIGN
Through design, our team takes the concept most suited for the application and drafts it up in CAD. Here, we’re able to run simulations, tolerance stack analysis, and various other tools to help ensure your concept meets the robust needs of your customer.

PROTOTYPING
At this stage, our manufacturing team takes your concept to reality using our complete manufacturing lab. Kitted with a state of the art DMLS Printer, high temperature FDM printer, 5 Axis Mill, an active head lathe, and a wire EDM, we’re able to manufacture your prototypes with precision (and in a large variety of materials!)

PROTOTYPE TESTING
Through repetitive testing and iterating, parts are refined into their near-final versions. We verify the design functions under all required conditions and refines and improves where required.
